I was introduced to CrossFit 7 years ago, shortly after me and two buddies continued CrossFit in a garage. It didn't take long before we had more and more friends joining us until we decided to take a risk and open up CrossFit Fort Atkinson in 2012. Here we are today, my wife and I sole owners of NorthFit Creamery "Home of CrossFit Fort Atkinson" spreading our passion to others in our community.
First and foremost I am a father of four, husband to my incredible wife, Meg and we are the owners of NorthFit Creamery. I have been blessed with turning my passion into my career and my goal is to be a fitness staple in our community.
In 2015 I began following a programming by Rudy Nielson – The Outlaw Way and knew I wanted to take my athletic abilities as far as I could. March of 2015 I took 1st place in the North Central Regional CrossFit Open in the Men 40-44 and knew I was capable to achieve my goals as a Masters Athlete. I put my head down and worked hard to get meet my goals as a gym owner and an athlete.
Since then I've been able to compete in some of the top competitions in the world - most recently taking 4th Place at the CrossFit Games 40-44 Mens Division. I can't say enough how blessed I am to be able to combine my career and passion to achieve my goals but also the goals of those in my community.
