We've ditched clumsy treadmills and strength-training machines for the functional, high intensity, meaningful workouts that are extremely effective (and fun)! All of our workouts consist of a variety of practical movements including squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and running — movements that we use on a daily basis in our everyday lives.
